firststategop.com (the "Site") is a public, informational directory of Republican candidates for the 2026 Delaware General Election. It is paid for by Dr. Mike Katz for U.S. Senate (the "Campaign") and provided as a free resource to Delaware voters. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information We Collect
The Site is designed to collect as little information as possible. We collect:
- Addresses you enter into the "Find My District" or homepage filter tools. These are sent to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder to look up your State Senate district, State House district, and county. The Campaign does not store or log the address you enter.
- Limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This information is collected by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected through the Site is used to:
- Return the district information you requested.
- Improve the performance, security, and reliability of the Site.
- Comply with applicable law.
Our Commitment to Your Privacy
The Campaign does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The "Find My District" lookup and the homepage address filter send your address to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder service. The Site also links to external resources, including the Delaware Department of Elections (iVote.de.gov) and the websites of individual candidates and regional party committees. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
